Chinese Audi Dealer Promotes Murdering Japanese People Chrysler Withdraws PHEV Test Fleet... Send us your Tips! MANUFACTURERS BY REGION Vehicle Types Shows and Events Motorsports Aftermarket Lifestyle

To help widen the gap between the Acura TSX model from the smaller, newly-released ILX, the Japanese automaker has increased its pricing $500 across every trim level for the 2013 model year.

The base-model 2013 Acura TSX with the five-speed automatic transmission will start at $31,405 including destination fee. Most TSX models are powered by a 2.4-liter, four-cylinder, the TSX features 201-hp and 170 lb-ft of torque.

For those looking for more power, the 2013 Acura TSX V6 starts at $40,045 but comes with the mandatory Technology Package, which means there will no longer be a base model TSX V6. The 3.5-liter V6 has a power output of 280-hp and 254 lb-ft of torque.

Those looking for something in between can opt for the special edition model TSX, which is $1,000 more than the base model. The six-speed manual transmission-equipped TSX special edition sees a slight bump of performance with 2 more lb-ft of torque. The model comes with a body kit, aluminum pedals, synthetic suede seats, a black headliner, and contrast red stitching.

Standard on all 2013 TSX models are HID headlights, a moonroof, leather seating, heated and power front seats, and a 360-watt seven-speaker stereo.

The TSX with the Technology Package runs from $34,505 and includes a navigation system, AcuraLink with traffic and weather, and a 415-watt, 10-speaker sound system.
