A couple weeks ago, the Red Bull Racing Formula 1 team released two short clips of its F1 car in New York and New Jersey. The first video had the F1 car belting out the national anthem with its screaming V-8 engine in front of the statue of liberty, while the other showed a quick clip of the Red Bull race car blasting through the Lincoln Tunnel. Now, we’ve got the full video of what the Red Bull Racing Team was doing on its American vacation.
We don’t want to completely spoil Red Bull’s video for you, but we will say that it’s a follow-up to last year’s clip, where the team tore through Texas. This year’s video features the Red Bull race car singing our anthem again, zipping up and down empty New Jersey streets, and bombing through the Lincoln Tunnel (one of the two tunnels linking New York with New Jersey) at breakneck speed – something that, as a native New Yorker, I’ve always wanted to do.
