Although the F-Type has already been leaked out into the world, Jaguar design boss Ian Callum just let slip the first live photo of the car, although it doesn’t reveal much.

Getting ready for the official launch event, Callum tweeted the above picture of him with the car, saying “rehearsals over for big launch day tomorrow. F-Type coming soon.”

At its lowest level, the F-Type will use a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 pumping out either 340 hp or 380 hp depending on which configuration is purchased. At the top, the F-Type R will be offered with a 5.0-litre V8 that makes 550 hp and 500 lb-ft of torque.
