Supercar to Scooter: Peugeot Onyx Concept Gets Three-Wheeled Sibling

Peugeot previewed its sultry Onyx supercar concept before the Paris Motor Show a couple weeks ago, but the concept isn’t traveling to the City of Lights alone. An Onyx-inspired scooter and bicycle are also scheduled to debut alongside their four-wheeled sibling.

Although we don’t have full details on the scooter and bike, we expect they were developed in the same way as the Onyx supercar. The automaker said the Onyx concept was made with materials processed as little as possible, with the doors made from a pure copper sheet. The rest of the body is made from carbon fiber.

While the rear-drive concept is powered by a diesel hybrid with a 3.7-liter V-8 and the scooter is said to be a plug-in hybrid, we’ll have to wait until the trio’s debut at the Paris Motor Show to learn more.
